  • Delivered a Vision, Mission and Values programme for a multimillion dollar retail business with more than 2,500 staff across Asia.
  • Worked with the Asia leadership team of a USA headquartered toy manufacturer to articulate their Global Sourcing Strategy and support the top 150 leaders in Asia to communicate and cascade the strategy and develop plans to deliver.
  • Delivered a one-day team development event for a regional Government and Trade Services organisation which had recently implemented a business processing outsourcing. Secured buy-in for the strategy and enabled team members to define action plans to improve work efficiency.
  • Supported the regional leadership team of a European headquartered Insurance Company to define the working practices of the regional ManCo and enhanced working relationships.
